“Haven’t your mother taught you anything” his teacher screamed when Aman was unable to write an essay on the topic “my mother”.
He went home and told everything to his mother.
“Don’t worry beta. I know you’re brave. I love you” she said.
His mother’s words always used to bring a sense of positiveness in him.
The next day, Aman wrote an exceptionally good essay on that topic.
But his few friends were jealous of this.
On being asked by them of how he was able to write such a good essay, he told “my mother’s motivational words helped me.”
His friends were intrigued to know about the kind of motivation she bestowed in him and so they all wanted to see his mother.
Aman happily agreed to introduce his friends to her.
He called his father to let him know that his friends were coming over his house to meet his mom.
Upon entering the house, the dinner table was set with glasses of mango juice for all those kids.
“Your mother is so nice Aman” said one of his friend on witnessing this sweet gesture.
“I can’t wait now. Where’s your mother?” his friends said.
“Here she is” said Aman pointing towards a sound recorder kept on the desk.
His friends stood confused. They didn’t understand what was happening.
Meanwhile, Aman switched on the recorder and it said “Don’t worry beta. I know you’re brave. I love you.”
His friends still didn’t understand anything.
Meanwhile, Aman’s dad asked him to quickly change his school uniform and get fresh.
Aman went to his room and then his dad explained to his friends.
“His mother died due to cancer when Aman was 4. Before she died, she recorded this message for him coz she knew that her voice could easily solve any problem in his life. From then on, he used to believe that this recorder is his mom only.”
His friends were stunned. They didn’t have any words to say.
Meanwhile Aman returned from his bedroom and then all his friends hugged him together with tears in their eyes.
